And I would use the G chord family alternative chords with the driving pattern.
Also each chord lasts for 2 measures for like the whole song, which makes it nice and simple.

Hey Janet, you could pluck the root note with your thumb on beat 1, then for beat 2, pluck the G and B string with your middle and ring finger, and beat 3, do the same thing (pluck G and B with your middl and ring), then repeat. It’ll have that waltz/sway kind of feel to it, same as the swing pattern, but with finger picking instead.
