Good Evening Jonathon,  I am practicing for a song that I would like to play but having difficulty with some of the chords.  I would like to transpose the song into chords that are more familiar to me.  I am a beginner but having to learn fast for an event.  The song is By Name I have called you and I will upload the music sheet that I have which I would like to transpose but it has been tough for me.  It is the top song of the litany.  Can you help me transpose this song?

Hello Darrin, the song you’ve attached is in the key of D. I’ve transposed the song into the closest key that’s easiest to play on guitar: E.

It looks like the original song required you to play with the capo on the 4th fret. If that’s the case, and you want to play it in the same key, then now you’d put the capo on the 2nd fret, and use the E chord family.
