I am very frustrated ,I can never go right back to where I left off in the coursework

If you are old enough to remember the show Soul Train then picture the uncoordinated white guy on that show that was out of place and that would be me. I am getting better with learning my chords and transitioning from one to another but I get lost along the way with strumming. I don’t think it is stressed enough or practiced enough

I’m a lefty, and I have found that if I try to mirror the practice sheet, I can use that with no problem. I also pretend that the instructor is in the mirror, and I can follow them very easily
